Cycling gifts - UK Delivery*

If an item is in stock, we'll aim to post your order out to you within 2 to 3 working days.  All gifts being sent to a UK delivery address will be posted either first class or 'signed for' delivery.  If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please drop us an email.

Photographs - UK Delivery*

As soon as your photograph has been printed and if your delivery address is based in the UK, we'll post your order using Royal Mail's 'signed for' delivery service or via a courier. Normal turn around from receiving your order to dispatch is usually 4-6 working days - as we use a third party company to print our photographs. If you have not received your order after 8 working days, let us know via email.

*If an order is for a present and delivery is needed for a specific day, please let me know. There is a comments box within the order form, which is the perfect place to inform us of any special instructions.

Ordering cycling gifts or photographs outside the UK
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you have not received your order after 20 working days, please contact us.

We calculate your postage cost from the value of your purchase. Please see the table below.

Returns policy
Our policy for returning an item lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, package the goods into its original packaging and complete the returns form enclosed in your parcel, indicating your reasons for its return.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.


We can exchange an item, but only if you return it to us within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you would like to exchange your item please contact us via email and we'll gladly help with your order.

Damaged item

If an item you've ordered has arrived defective or damaged, we will be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Please contact us.


To return your product, please contact us first via email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
